My daughter took her newer RAV4 in for the last 3 oil change and tire rotation services. They charged for the tire rotation each time but did not perform the service. It makes me wonder if they skipped the oil change too. This shop is not trustworthy. I will not return.

Had new tires installed and an alignment done. Requested a quote online and had the appointment scheduled later that week. Hit a snag when the tires I ordered were not the ones delivered, however they immediately contacted me and had the correct tires delivered and installed a few days later. The whole process from requesting a quote to even paying my bill in the link provided in the text message updates was super convenient. The staff at TPS was professional, friendly, and accommodating to my automotive needs. I would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for new tires or repairs.

My sons car broke down late in the day, Rich was able to arrange a tow, and prioritize the evaluation and repairs (starter) as such it was done by end of business next day. Great service. Would highly recommend.

TPS has always been very friendly and professional to us, even when our problems are more user-error than car related. They made sure to apply an online discount to our bill for a recent oil change, then were able to verify that i had signed up for their punch card program even though i couldn't find the actual punch card. Each time we go there, everyone makes us feel comfortable which is nice for two non-car people. TPS has a great atmosphere and we couldn’t imagine going anywhere else.

Was in for service on my 2020 travel trailer. Everyone was very pleasant and helpful. They replaced wheel bearing and repacked all four, also checked brakes for me. My vehicle was completed and ready to go when they said it would be at a reasonable rate. I will definitely use them whenever I need them and recommend them to others. Great job
